Mid-year has ended, time for you to go back to training! happy, sad,excited?
hope you all did well for mid-year because, we don't know if sz is going to square it, multiply it or add the number of sucides..i guess all the seniors understand what i'm talking about.. Hah, so remember to study hard whenever there's exam..
But, not forgetting to keep up your fitness by going for a 10mins run, or doing sit-ups, push ups or squats at home.. You won't want to feel wobbly on court right? so rmb to keep up yall fitness..
You'll be having your Energizer League on 18 May against commenwealth, so please put in your best during trainings and minimize scoldings, so that you can prepared yourself for the matches:D The fixtures please ask from your captains..
