Dear friends,
I've thought alot and decided to post.Today attendance is really a disappointment.
& can tell that Coach is really frustrated.Our previous coach,Qiting and Kiranah,
i bet they feel frustrated & don't have the mood to teach us as well.As we always can't
get a full attendance,& it's really hard for them to teach us without full attendance.
I understand if we can't get a full attendance as most of us have our first CCA.However,
we need at least 10 people so that we can train.
If you did not come for training,please take the initiative to tell me as we are already big
enough without people nagging at us.& I bet everyone of you join Netball it's because
of your interest,yea?Since it's your interest,we should put more effort in it.Do you girls
remember how hard we tried to open this CCA?By begging Mr. Soh,finding 20 people to join,
and do you girls remember how happy we were when we know that there's netball as a
CCA in WestSpring?Not to forget,during school holidays we came back to school to play Netball.
I will never forget those laughters & moments we had together.
Although our standard are not good,but we can train for the better.We MUST improve,otherwise what's the purpose of opening Netball as a CCA?Beside having passion for
Netball,we should have the thought of aiming a goal.I asked a few of us,do you think
our Netball team can exceed.& most of them answered cannot.Not because we can't do it.
It's because of our attitudes towards Netball are not there yet.We MUST train real hard,double
of other schools as we started Netball this year while other schools start last year.
We shared the same passion,we're a team.
Let's bond together and exceed in Netball,alright?
If you do not know the rules or the basic of Netball,Please ask people to help you so that
we can move on to a harder one.Otherwise,we'll forever stucking at the same point.
It's okay if you made mistakes and cause the team to re-do again,but in your free time or day,
ask 1 or 2 people to teach you,or train yourself.
I really want to go out with Netball team together.But i think there's no chance.
As i know some of you might not want to go,or there'll be something on on that particular day.
Oh ya,there's something i wanna say.
Because this is training,i want seriousness in the training to show the coach that we're serious in
Netball.We can chat after the Netball but not during training.If possible,can don't laugh and do things fast?Like,when coach say gather.We will run there or walk fast to reach there.Instead
of walking slowly taking your time to gather?
Actually still have things to say,but i think it's extremely long so i think i just end here
